The editors of the Electric Blanket Institute™ Consumer Guide are an independent group of retired industry experts. We rate products by combining comparative technical testing, sleep testing and subjective likes and dislikes.

As noted in our footnote, you are free to copy and publish any information from our sites. The only thing we ask from you in return is a link to our page that you are copying from. This link will keep you from violating the Creative Commons copyright agreements.

The Electric Blanket Institute receives no compensation or support from any of the manufacturers. It accepts ads and affiliate links when available in order to assist readers in finding their desired product (if they don’t help you, just ignore them please) and to help defray testing and publishing costs in order to continue producing free high-value content. This ad or link compensation has not and will not influence our opinions or ratings.

If you email us for any reason, we will not sell or give anyone personal information about you or your email address. We will occasionally use a comment or a question from an email in one of our blogs but rest assured that we will never attach your name or email address to anything.
